Learn more about the history of America here at the Western Kansas Wildlife Travel Center.
This unique travel center features a variety of wildlife mounts on display from Western Kansas and beyond. Get up close to animals such as whitetail deer, mule deer, buffalo, pheasant, prairie chicken, turkey, Canadian moose, geese and even bear!
After viewing, head over to the Buffalo Bill Cultural Center and try your knowledge matching the tracks and scat to its Kansas plains animal. The interactive display is fun for the whole family.
Wildlife mounts are on display upstairs at the travel center. Enter the main entrance and walk up the stairs or take the elevator.
Mittens is a full- service truck stop open 24 hrs, every day. Gas, snacks, convenience items, restaurant and fast food available.
